in this moment
but also be living
in yesterday?
or last week?
or last
year?
all it takes is a click,

and suddenly i'm flooded with
January 2007s and September 2005s.
pieces of me,
literally!
nothing could be more amusing,
than reading my highest
and lowest moments.
how i handled it
reacted to it
lived through it
learned through it.
some things tickle my face with laughter,
like haha-what-a-douche-you-are-flora!
and some things poke my eyes with tears,
like god-what-a-douche-you-are-flora.
never really noticed how long
i'd kept this blog going,
no regrets though :)
it's a good thing,
knowing that i'm different -
a lot of differents -
from January 2007s and September 2005s.
it's a little sad,
knowing that i've grown so much
(not literally :( haha) too quickly?
maybe a little.
the hard way?
maybe.
that's fine,
lessons tend to stick around
when you walk the hard way.
or else
we wouldn't be able
to live right now
and fully know
all we'd spent our yesterdays learning.
it's like going backwards and forwards
at the same time.
